Biography
Filippo Scotti was born on September 22, 1999, in Gravedona, in the province of Como, to parents from Campania. At the age of 9, he moved with his family to Naples.
In 2010, she began to explore the world of acting, attending drama school and participating in various amateur theater workshops. In 2017, she made her acting debut in the short film Il Marchese di Collino, directed by Patrizia Di Martino.
That same year, she made her small-screen debut in the series 1994, and later appeared in the Netflix series Luna Nera and the film Il Re Muore. Her first starring role came in 2021 in Sorrentino's film È Stata La Mano di Dio, where she plays Sorrentino's alter ego as a young man. For this performance, she won the Marcello Mastroianni Award at the 78th Venice Film Festival.
In 2022, he was nominated for Best Actor at the David di Donatello Awards. In 2025, he appeared in the film The American Garden by Pupi Avati and in the film The Cities of the Plain directed by Francesco Sossai.
